One in three people in Australia, one in three households, I should say rent. One of the big things for me would be no calls evictions. If you want to sell your property, sell it with a tenant in it. You can't change your mind at a whim, kick someone out. This is a very significant minority of society. So just put some protections in place and then have at it.
