Running Marathons - Is There a Sub 240 Marathon?

I ran the Zurich marathon in a 259. So then I knew it's okay now I have to train more, and then I started training more - my knee was holding up. But then straight after the Zurich marathon I did another little mistake. I went up a river still in Switzerland for another two weeks. Again, I didn't give my legs enough time to recover. Then we were like seven days from the morning, nine o'clock until five o'clock on the ski skiing. That was a bit too much again for my legs. After returning to Australia again middle of January I saw though I better go and see a physio to just make sure you know we get that again
