Raimonta te: I've broadened my diet from being a lot more elimination diet focus, and i try to include a lot of different things. When you take out things like gluin and dairy and other stuff that we especially rely on here in america, different than europe and other parts of the world, you tend to feel better. So one hack i have own life is a because i know that we don't want to overdo anything. And as when we're doing our best to eat seasonably,. We're not overdoing any one particular food. It's diversity of our whole diet as a whole, we can get the benefits of all these different things.
