The Problem With Uncertainty
The problem is we hate uncertainty. We literally hate uncertainty in almost everything we do, because if you weren't sure that was a predator, it was too late. Your brain evolved to take what is uncertain and make it certain,. The first step from going from A to B is to go from A to not A. You get a stimulus and your brain automatically generates a reflexive mean-making. It's how you then step into a certain area of existence. But that's one of the deepest problems is that wehate uncertainty. So many of us aren't aware that we have all these bias assumptions that everything we do is grounded in them.
