How to Relate to Your Body When You're in a Trigger

I think i get very competitiveh that's another thing that i struggle with. I'll look at photos, and occasionally, like, i will be like, oh, i don't like this picture. And then sometimes i'll go back to the picture a few days oiht, and i have no reaction to it. But i guess i'm just saying that i can still be triggered by, like, a visual image of myself into into having li, a bad body moment. Sometimes if i'm feeling like in a spin, that is what i will do. I literally put on my ap and i do that, returning to that self energy that loves that presence of resource.
