The HPI of a 50 Year Old Female With Vertigo
50 year old female presents to the clinic with vertigo she had associated nausea, vomiting and difficulty walking that started suddenly while she was walking one day before. She denies any other associated symptoms the vertigo gets worse when she moves her head and she has a previous history of feeling sick two weeks before the symptoms I'm thinking of the best to blur neuritis because of viral symptoms.
