We're getting much better at measuring it, aren't we? Especially in the long run. There are a lot of statistics there, but eblly not very consistent. A lot of work has been done to make thes long time serios and data ses more consistent over tie and alsoso. And now on the other side of the equation, we've got to measure growth. Does this always mean the increase in the average gDP per capita? Is that what is universally used? Well, that's certainly t standard growth is the increase in average sht r per capita?"
