The Difference Between Good Investment Ideas and Perfect Investment Ideas

Good investment ideas and perfect investment ideas look similar. Every time you invest, you want to have a margin o safety and some upside. But oftentimes the margin of safety is smaller than we think it is. The real estate isn't as valuable. The product is not as sticky. This is why investing is so difficult. We always want an upside. And our bias is towards action. So we're going to make more bets than we probably should.
