JFK founded the Presidential Council on Youth Fitness. He hired a songwriter to create this jingle called "Go You Chicken Fat Go" There's like, if you look it up on YouTube, there's an extended version that actually tells you how to do all the exercises. It's very, it's like a military marching thing, but fun. Like my students have a good time of it.
