There are a couple of things that are predictive of this being ventricular tachycardia. The wider the QRS complex, the more likely it is to be VT. There's concordance in all leads of V1 to V6 for this criteria to count. And one final thing to look for, which is slightly more random, is looking for an RSR complex in V1 with a taller left rabbit ear.
