The most important metric there's going to be belonging. Ask people what they might need in advance, rites or say, like, these are the things t we have set up for you. Make sure that employees that have been through that process really have an opportunity to kind of like tet feep back and shape that process. Coherting is really important. If you're hiring more than one person, make sure that those people all know each other,. setting them up with a mentor and really making that like, meaningful amentorship time.
