The Universal Translator: Biden's Speech on Union Jobs

CNN's John Defterios asks why Biden feels more comfortable using the word union and promoting union jobs than any politicians in Canada do. "I think Biden knows where his bread is buttered on this stuff, right? And it comes out in moments like this," he says. He also notes that during Biden's speech, the Tories sat on their hands for rounds of applause over unionized jobs which just seemed like a really weird move to me.
