Rails Data Base

Prisma is a cloud-based service that lets you connect to existing data bases. At this stage it's only available for hosted services, but at some point will allow users to bring in their own data base. The real time engine actually uses the post grass stream to detect changes to tables. But once we've built out a good feature set, then we'll start working on how they can turn things off for different providers.
