Is It a Rations Planned?

I think it's to cleanse their image, more than anything, to wipe away the judgment and the perception that they are enemies of progress. The first thing they could do is probably address their own issues with race. It's kind of absurd that there isn't a black owner of a team. I think every right minded person would understand that there needs to be some repairing done. So i think they should adopt some policies that would show that they were serious about this. H r, forty is one that comes to my mind. Alit that's a cause for the government to study and develop a rations planed,. not necessarily instituted, but to study and develop it....
