Gwent Police Officers Not Behaving Well
In the last year, this is an entirely new to the public in terms of Gwent officers not behaving well. We have seen quite a high profile case of misconduct. The chief superintendent Mark Budden and chief inspector Paul Stanleyforth were both found guilty of gross misconduct while another officer retired before it's hearing had finished. Three really senior police officers who had gone out for retirement party - one was accused of inappropriately touching a female officer. And the other two basically were found that they didn't challenge the behavior in a way that was appropriate for officers of that grade. So they were also dismissed from the force.
