Our circadian rhythms can get really screwed up for a lot of reasons, but i think them most common for most people is lack of structure. Having a consistent schedule, especially with light and food and sleep, those things are going to be the most beneficial for fixing your rhythms. Is blue light in the morning good for waking us up? It looks like there's some evidence for what they call a dawn simulation.
