There's no doubt that the thread that runs through all endurance programs is a high volume, either time or distance. You know, as i say, a hundred and 60 odd k a week of what we would call slow running. But your training's being done most of it weigh slower than that. So if there is ight in o way of taking ort from what they're doing in when you do have an opportunity as an amateur to run easier, there's noth you're not losing benefit by running easier. Actually, in fact, you might be benefiting your training, correct?
