Is There a Centralized List or a Regional List?

There is a centralized list, the one you refer to with respect to the tobacco industry. There may also be separate regional lists. Will people have to look in different places in order to vet nybody they want to work with in china? I think it's probably going to be a question of looking at any repositories in the regional enforcement agencies but also looking to the enforcement abroad. So if you've got a company that has admitted to bribery overseas, and you're working with that company, in questionn whether or not that company's going to be allowed to bid.
