How to Prepare a Domestic Relations Financial Affidavit
Most affidavits have a section about what are your liabilities? You may be may not be the one paying them, but if you are. If it's in your name and you have a legal obligation to it, it should be on there. And usually when we do a domestic relations financial affidavit in the liability section, we will put next to the liability. This is a document that you want to judge to look at and immediately have a snapshot of what your financial world looks like.
