The Effect of Avocado Consumption on Diabetes

Eating fresh avocados can implant blood glucose management influence risk of diabetes. Avocado's are essentially the only fruit that contains good unsaturated fat. They also provide fiber. Unlike other fruits as well, avocados do contain zero grams of naturally occurring sugar per serving and so they're very unlikely to effect glasemic response.
