Yend: Sometimes i might be giving work load to people or tasks that is just not achievable. Or on the reverse, like, way too easy. So building a websit, that's like an hour job. Just sweet. You have that done. It an hour easy. And then the next point, you've got the roll over. I'm assuming that's the things that weren't completed, absolutely. Anything that isn't completed in a week. Some weeks we really stretch ourselves,. and we might be, hay, we we didn't quite finish this, or anything like that. What we do is discover, we'll pull that in to next week and re priortize
