How to Calculate the False Negative Rate

There's a cognitive bias where false positives are very we're very aware of them. No one knows what the false negative ray on ther inyr view is, because to measure that, youl have to just hire people randomly and see how they perform. Everyone can look stupid, right? Everywhere. If someone does poorly in a quak in an area, that is important for the job. Totally fail them, but be open to the fact that everyone does look stupid sometimes. And don't fail someone just because they lookstupid on one portion of th interview. Last point here is that you want to think about the candidate x ance when i designing aninterview.
