There are real nuances in twitter's policy. One content moderator may see a particular type of intent and another content moderator doesn't. When something goes through a first pass with an ai moderator, you get a lot of false positives. Ai has so much oud like the value of free expression that it does strike me that most of what we've heard from elon himself on Twitter is not very good.
