The Importance of Listening to Your Inner Voice

I think that really my blind spot was, myself and the CEO were so aligned in terms of our values that we really didn't take the time to recognize how on the line we were with this other person. It could have been done a lot more. The good news is I actually still work with several members of that system in a coaching dynamic. Their relationships are in a better place. This was really a big storm. There were a lot of lessons learned and a lot of things I would do differently as a result of it.
