Do You Think Drug Cartel Leadership Should Be Designated Terrorist Organizations?

I was truly shocked by the FBI director's response. And it was a question about the drug cartels. There was some shocking for some Americans to see. I'm interested in all the appropriate legal tools that will help us go after them. We're not responsible for the physical security at the border, but we recognize that threats emanating from the border are serious.
