Decentralized Voter Committees

The idea of decentralized voter committees is that mkr owners token holders can self-organize they can basically like form themselves into relatively value-aligned blocks of voters and then they can interface with delegates. i do see a lot of risks of this sort of model as well though where let's say that you have like a dominance voter committee like for instance the one that rune found in and is kind of leading to help pushes endgame plan forward. It feels risky to me that some of these things could favor some mkr holders at the expense of others so yeah i think the motivation of getting mkr holders more organized and more engaged in governments is on the right track.
