Asana is a small and scrappy team, which I think is probably the state of a lot of just engineering organizations that are going through really rapid growth. The one that I've been leading into recently is people-centric programs, business operations, and then sort of like software development lifecycle type work. So for example, I have a TPM that's focused on our accessibility efforts.
In this episode Abi Noda speaks with Ryan Atkins, Asana’s Head of Engineering Operations. They talk about the role of EngOps and when it’s needed, founding an EngOps team, how these teams work in large companies, and more.
