The Importance of Sleep
Sleep is obvious. Obviously, I think it's really important. But if you're somebody who struggles with your sleep, then probably shift work isn't right for you. If you aren't sleeping very well and you exercise, you will get more energy. And that's what we're trying to replace. We're saying, well, if you can't sleep very well, how else can we get there so that we can take the pressure off sleep? So, um, certain people react differently too. Some people have absolutely no impact on other people completely rely on their sleep. Um, but others say it's not going to be a cure. Don't suddenly go to the gym every day
