How to Be Opinionated When Building a Project
When it comes to decision making, I think in Amazon, you can make decisions when you have, say, 70% of the data. And then we also talked about, like, two-way door. It doesn't have to be one way when you make a decision. If it doesn't work, you can revert back. Having those system setups is helpful for you to make decision quickly and not worried about breaking things. Being opinionated is also kind of underrated at the same time. Some of the best open source projects are really opinionated.
