One and Five Sexual Assault

The president of the united states announced to a worried population that if you send your girls to c ledge, they stand a one and five chance of being sexually assaulted. So what do you think it is rational to believe about the risk the e young women run going to college? I'm really not as interested in the numbers as i am, unlike what people are getting out of this. Why is it that if you have a bad experience, it's so much more appealing to kind of folded into a victimization experience than into that were you justs i shouldn't, shouldn't have done that?
