The Future of DER Aggregators

In the PJM, at least, those markets have been flooded and fully satisfied with batteries. This is still not a market where VPPs are interacting with distribution utilities or retail customers. But although DER aggregators can meaningfully compete in the ancillary services market, my sense is those markets are very thin. And so I just think that this is going to happen, and now the question is, how is it going to happen?
