Is It Open Source or Public?
If an individual contributor wants to come to the dow and say, hey, i'm an awsom engineer. I'm going to go work on this part of the system. Pay me x that's obviously going to be transparent. But you can also have some one that comes along and says,hey, i have a team of engineers. Give me a million dollars and i'll manage my team. And both models can completely work within the same dow. It's kind of like a voluntary system, and it'll be self organizing. So we'll see, kind of what does better.
