There are several intriguing arguments in the book about how certain requirements, that's the handy word work. So justice could very well require more than we can bring ourselves to do or will do. And you're interested in showing that it's the nature of that kind of requirement that the fact that we won't comply doesn't leave standing the requirement to build.
