How to Get Up Immediately and Not Linger in Bed
i have gone from being shocked by my alarm going off, like it h's actually been very jarring and alarming. The temptation is to get into bed pretty early or just to flop. i've made myself go for walks at eight o'clock, just just a little bit of time, just to push me through to bedtime. And ever since i started that meditation course in january, thing i do when i wake up is prop up my pillows, make the bed, sit on top of it or s put a blanket over me - even if it's chilly. I did that brilliant meditation course with julian lavender at the london meditation centre. In week one
