A credit score is supposed to determine how trustworthy you are, but there's a long history of factoring in gender and race. In so many neighborhoods that adhere to people of color, you will see instead of banks, check cashing places. If your credit score is decent, and the beginning of perfect credit is 740, you're better on most things that you ask for when it comes to your credit.
