The Russians' Incompetence in Ground Warfare

Dara Khanna: There's a tendency among the Twitterati to assume that because the Russians have been so incompetent in ground warfare that all parts of the military are degraded by corruption and incompetence. He says even if they get a free slate here to operate, they are air force that it won't make that much of a difference. Khanna: My concerns are things like the reintroduction of medium or heavy bombers just dumping entire cargo holds of dumb bombs on cities. So those kinds of things, I don't think that they will excel at.
