Is It a Fair Process?
A lot of universities saw this crush of cases coming and put in what they call alternative resolution processes, which was basically the equivalent of a no contest thing. And so is that a fair process if it takes you eight months to get a hearing? No, I would say it's not a fair process. Apart from massively scaling up the bureaucracy and the infrastructure to deal with that, I don't know what the solution is.
