One in four of your work force at any point in time is suffering from stress or mental now, they are not working to the best of their abilities. If you can change how they work maybe two days, day off, two days. People are able to do that, whereas they couldn't do a five day week. Sor your output improves. A lot of the social benefits also have very clear economic benefits, both to society and also to the business ouou. It doesn't matter which way you cut it, at the end of the day, this makes good business sense. And all, in my view, that's what we've got a focus on.
