For me It's a battle every day to still fight off some of that hunger. I used to be 330 pounds and nowadays i'm 230 pounds. The way that I've been able to fend it off is through protein leveragingThrough fiber, salads and things like that. Being hungry is probably a very natural process for a human being to go through And actually this is a positive. You know, I'm just a little bit, uh hungry I got plenty of food around me. I'm in no danger.
