The NASDAQ Is in a Downtrend
A lot of the individual stocks were underneath their 50-day moving average line. That 10-week moving average is traditionally an area of institutional support. So if the institutions aren't supporting the markets, then I'm not interested in supporting it and I want to get out of their way when they are selling or when we're in this base building period.
