Is Business School a Require Now?

The work landscape has changed a lot even just in the last few years, but definitely over the last decade and a half or so. Now I'm working at a fintech company and it didn't seem like an MBA was a requirement for anything that I was looking into. So to know that something that used to be kind of almost obligatory in a sense, like an MBA in consulting is now more of,. you know, it'sNice if you want it and you can totally go for it, but it's not a requirement anymore.
