The Importance of Creating a Security Culture
The most important one for me I think is how well we enable the business and we collaborate with them to create kind of a security culture. That includes things like being hard on people when we need to be but also allowing people to make mistakes and not immediately throwing them under the bus. If you get it right then you become sort of a strategic leader for the business rather than just a cost center. How many times security is mentioned in bids other positively or negatively? We haven't yet so it's a metric we're building out our metric stream at the moment.
