The Civic Square and the Impact of Property Rights Finance Governance
Gavita, Charlie and I have been working in this in different ways. We've got a large kind of abandoned public kind of old industrial site that happens to be conveniently shaped as a beautiful square at the heart of the neighbourhood. There's a piece where we're trying to craft a new covenant that is donated by socially and ecologically that would sit underneath that site. And then practically what other modules like we said of the types of tools and resources people need nor west has shown how powerful and micro factory is in a neighbourhood.
