Can Expansion Create Experts?

i'd love for you to expand on that a little bit, king about the importance of the contraction phase. It's our hyper analytical part of our brain that can kick us into contraction. And when we're in that place where it's analytical and our brains very lit up, we're actually much more likely to be in this contracted state. The reason i say contraction creates experts and expansion creates masters is if you are still coming from that forceful push energy, like hyper pocus, i think you can become an expert.
