The Mystery of the Christ

The Ephesians were people who came from a very specific Jewish tradition. They often speak of Gentiles and Jews, which is a very first century way of saying everybody. So for them, the Christ comes to bring everybody together. For them, people were being invited to join up with something as big and wide in scale and scope as creation itself.
