What's the Status of Chinese Tech Companies?

CNN's John Defterios asks: How private are some of these so-called private companies? He says they have to curry favor with the party. The state, the PRC, passed a law a few years back that makes it explicit that companies are required to support the national security objectives of the state. And if you think about Huawei, actively trying, and not just the company, but the state is pushing this, he says.
