The Case of McGraw - A Case Study
In March 2021 McGraw faced the proceeds of crime confiscation hearing. He was told he would have to pay back almost 600,000 pounds or face another five years in jail. Detective Constable Dave Breckknock who led Bedford Fisher Police's investigation said that motive was simple: 'This conniving and deceitful man intentionally broke the law' It is unclear whether McGraw paid the money back or faced another 5 years in prison.
