Is That What Russia Says?
Russian President Vladimir Putin has spoken out in support of his country's right to defend itself against attacks from the West. The Russian leader said he was 'shocked' when a journalist told him that ukraine should accept an occupation by Russia. Mr Putin also called for greater international cooperation between Moscow and its European neighbors.
