Is This Really a First Amendment Violation of the First Amendment?
There's a really good argument here that this violates the first amendment, which prohibits government from imposing restraints on speech. This is a far more cors issue, in many cases, going to medical necessity in saving a whim, a woman's life. So because of the serious matter that's impacted by this, i think that we will see these lawsuits,. But frankly, they've dashed my hope so many times that i don't want to even take on that prediction.
