The First Amendment, there must have been legal precedents that protect these pharmaceutical advertisements on television. Can we ever get rid of these? They're just they're irrevocably protected by the First Amendment now. A realistic message on Vax would have been one out of every 40 people who takes Vax as a serious, a serious complication.
